Family Owned and Operated. Co-Creators and original recipes by brothers Chef Glen & Gilbert Sakaguchi The first Blue Water Shrimp Truck started in Kahuku, in 2005, shortly thereafter in Haleiwa in 2006. At that time, the food truck industry was booming. The brand grew and gradually increased to 10 trucks total. Establishing themselves all over Oahu, including Kahaluu, Salt Lake, Waimanalo, Aiea, Kalihi, Waikiki, and more. You can find our ohana inside the Hilton Hawaiian Village, Diamonhead, Kaka'ako and our newest location, Sandy Beach! The future of Blue Water Shrimp is bright, keep an eye out for one in your neighborhood!
